New Arrivals...

We've had some new arrivals in my boyfriend's family this month and to celebrate the events I drew some little cards which I hope to do something further with at a later date, thinking customised prints for babies room... hmm...

I've been trying to sneak in a bit more drawing amidst bird making, made a start on a series of illustrations taken from some old Polish bird stamps I found...

I think eventually when I've got the colours working and produced a group of 4, I'll launch them in the shop... little way to go yet though!

Elle Girl - Japan

I had a funny little day a while back, inviting Aya and Kumi, two lovely Japanese ladies, into my home so they could take some photos of it to share with the readers of Elle Girl in Japan. It came out rather nice I thought...we just had to avoid all the areas that haven't yet been worked on!

Zutano - New Print

Up on Zutano's lovely website is a new print of mine called 'Beluga'.

It's a cute little whale and fishy design I produced a while back...looks very cute!

A bit of a doodley day...

I finally had chance to do a little bit of drawing yesterday. I've been working so hard on all the sewing side lately I haven't had time to do any design work and I miss it.

I gave myself 6 hours yesterday to thrash some ideas out and built this little assortment.

Now if only I could work so productively EVERY day!

Easter cards at M&S

Just spied my easter designs on a 6 pack of cards at Marks and Spencer. It can be rare when you sell a design, for it to come out on the product just as you designed it...very nice to see this one did!

Just spied these cute pj's at Mothercare, featuring my rhino and lion designs which were intended for cards...but love what they did with them, very cute!
